Trainer friends! My good friend Lyndsey Gruber-Chatfield is coming to Michigan in a couple weeks. She’s the Meyer rep in our area! I highly recommend you give their saddles a try! I’ve been insanely impressed with the saddles, their service and how they stand behind their product! Okay horse friends! I am in search of a creative unicorn for an insanely deserving adult rider! Please let me know if you have it!!!!

I am looking for a horse (can be smaller and loves tbs). I’d love this horse to be started over fences and doing at least small courses. It must have a good brain and good personality. Prefer the slower hunter type. This client has been through the wringer and will give a horse the most excellent home. She is a good riding adult ammy that can handle some quirks within reason. Shes looking for her forever partner. It has to be sound sound and pass a pretty extensive PPE.

The catch is we have to be creative with purchase price- she can do the lowest of fives now. Would be happy to do a lease to buy or creative payment plan.

If anyone has any options they think could work please please let me know!

ISO: Looking for a unicorn! Does anyone have a horse that can do local level 3’ hunters that would be open to a year or two lease potentially a lease to buy. Highest of 4 figures a year. Tbs are totally welcome but must be sound and vet decently/minimal maintenance. Would prefer something in Michigan!

ISO: 3 horses:

Horse 1: Looking for something safe safe safe. Hunter land- 2’6” master with a lead change. Could step up and do the 3’ but doesn’t have to the job consistently. Does not need to be the fanciest but needs to be a good egg. Good personality is a must. Like walk on the buckle around the farm kinda horse. Can be a little older or a little younger. It’s a good riding adults she just needs a safe ride. This will be a forever horse. Low to mid 5s starting with a 3 budget!

Horse 2: Looking for a unique situation. Would love a lease to buy option. Preferably something they can lease for two years and pay in chunks. Great riding adult. Looking for a 3’ hunter/equitation mount. Can be local level kinda horse but something that could blend in at A show for fun. Older with a little maintenance is fine or younger and slightly green is also fine. Horse will be in a professional program and will get lots of show experience. Lead changes are a must but doesn’t need to be auto. Upper 4s-lower 5s for yearly lease.

Horse 3: Casually looking for a 1.10 jumper with some experience showing at least the meter. Good riding adult but horse does need to be able to take some jokes and still hang. Will be in a professional program. Open to more of a scrappy jumper type or eq/jumper type. Will be shown mostly local but some A shows. Wants something competitive. Prefers a lighter mouthed horse. She also wants something with some flat foundation or that has the ability to hack semi quietly. Budget low to mid 5s staring with a 4.

HELP WANTED!

Hunter Hills Performance Horses is hiring! I am in search of someone to join our family and do Sunday morning chores at the farm! We are located in West Olive MI. This shift will consist of feeding horses, turning them out and cleaning and bedding about 10-15 stalls. Typical hours are around 7am-1pm. We have a beautiful facility and make it easy to get these chores done with minimal heavy lifting! There are also many other opportunities to cover additional shifts if wanted! I also have a stall open snd would be open to working off board!
