Sales Policy
THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A SALE WITHOUT GIVING AN EXPLANATION. Forms of Payment:
~ As of Feb 2, 2021 We only take cash as a form of payment.
~ This section should be updated very soon
Deposits:
~ We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve a bunny in your name.
~ The deposit is 50% of the cost of the bunny.
~ The rest of the money in due at pickup.
~ Deposits are nonrefundable because it is a serious decision to get a bunny, this ensures that you are ready and are serious about the bunny.
Refunds:
- You will be refunded 100%, if and only, the bunny dies while in our care.
~ When the bunny leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for anything that happens to the bunny.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
~When a rabbit is sold or put up for sale, it is healthy to the best of my knowledge.
~Once the rabbit leaves my care, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. This is because rabbits are unpredictable animals by nature. I am not responsible for how the new owner chooses to take care of the rabbit, or any mistakes the buyer makes in the care, handling, and health of the animal. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. I do however advise the owner to contact me immediately so we can discuss any issues at hand.
~Fields Farms Rabbitry is not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred at any point during the life of the animal. Pick-up:
~ Bunnies need to be picked up on the agreed date and time.
~ If you are no longer able to make it at the agreed time or date, let us know right away.
~ If we do NOT hear from you in 24 hours of original pick up date, all money is forfeited and the bunny will be relisted for sale.
Delivery:
- Fields Farms Rabbitry will transport a rabbit to any show that Fields Farms Rabbitry is attending.
-The bunny will need to be paid in full the day before the show or else it will not be taking the trip to the show.
- You need to find Fields Farms Rabbitry at said show to pick up your bunny, Fields Farms Rabbitry will not go looking for you.
- You need to pick up your bunny from Fields Farms Rabbitry before 1pm, the day of said show. If the bunny has not been picked up by 1pm, all money is forfeited and the bunny will be relisted for sale, unless discussed prior to the show.
- If your bunny is being shown by Fields Farms Rabbitry, you will have to wait until after the show to take your bunny home.
- Fields Farms Rabbitry is friendly to transport and would be willing to have a bunny transported to you.
-If you choose to have a rabbit transported to you, you are responsible for payment of the transport and of arranging it.
-Fields Farms Rabbitry will not pay for the transport of any rabbit and is not responsible for arranging transport for you. Rehoming A Bunny:
~ If you can no longer care for your bunny, you should contact us, that way we can discuss what the best course of action is.
~ Fields Farms Rabbitry will always take a bunny back, if you cannot care for it. We don't want the bunny to end up in a shelter
~ Fields Farms Rabbitry will not ask any questions about why you need them to take back a bunny.
~ We do require you to notify us if the bunny has or had any health issues, this helps prepare us to keep the returned bunny away from our other bunnies, in case it's contagious.
