As Iwas on old on the phone s piece of local neews came on videoing a guy in his SUV, open in his door, a young happy beautiful German Shepherd jumps out but doesn't move from the man. The man givis him a pat on thhe head and takes off. The dog runs as fast as he can to keep up with his “ master”. POple are watching him yelling at the guy as they what he is doing. Leaving an attached puppy in the middle of somewhere he doesn't know, removing any ID, and hoping as it was a 4 way that he would get hit......a neighbour finds him 8-10 miles whern he was lying breathless and coldnt go on confused, she put himin her car and brought him home. I didn't catch where it was, I've been sickened by similar stories, but never watched the non chance, cruelty and absence of apathy at cold, heartless behaviour as clearly the pup realizes when hisvcllar is removed and his owner is sitting pushing the dog off him..Im going to try and fiind out where exactly this was and the animal officer in the area. My heart is breaking....
