❤️ Haidas San Affair, or "Poppy" as we call her is a 2018 Red Dun mare. Poppy stands at 14.3 hands. She is easy on the eyes with her classic dun coloring, strong body and stout build. Poppy has a great foundation and being very athletic she can go in any direction you desire. She has been stalled or pastured with other horses with no problems. She is good for the farrier and loads easily. Stands still for saddling and bridling. She has been over many obstacles including logs, teeter totter, and bridges with confidence. She pulls calves great and has be introduced to roping. She is gentle and very sweet to be around. Can be used as upper level kid horse. Poppy is easily guided and has good brakes. She can be speedy when asked or relax in a cute lope. She is soft in the face and will move of off leg pressure. Easy to catch and comes from a big pasture when you whistle.
Poppy has worked cows and has had light trail riding. She is good in a group or by herself. She attended the 7 week Clinton Anderson Academy in fall of 2022 and excelled in both ground work and riding portions.
