There is a 2 year old German Shepherd available to adopt. Super loving dog and loves to play. Has slight issues with strangers, but I will be training him. This dog is a power house and will test his boundaries, so if you want to adopt him you cannot be a little sissy. If you are not for having control on a dog and putting in the work after training , don’t waste your time even trying to message me.
I can not get over how freaking beautiful the kennel and training building is. We are finally out of phase 1 and going into phase 2. Now we are going to be installing concrete, plumbing, septic ,walls and electric then completely insulating and installing white paneling on the interior in the training room then hdpe in the kennel room . Can not wait for the turn key product and to start building some nice single and dual purpose dogs!
Nice little update,
We finally have a 40x80 working dog training kennel going in. We are super excited to get this done . It will have a 20x40 area for the inside runs that will go to the outdoor covered runs as well as a 40x60 inside training area. So close ,but so far away! The electric septic and plumbing will be the death of me as that will take the longest.

Dogs have up to 300 million olfactory receptors in their noses, compared to a mere 5 million in humans, allowing them to perceive and distinguish a vast array of odors with incredible acuity.
K-9 olfaction is not only powerful, but also highly specialized. Dogs possess a second olfactory system known as the Jacobson's organ, which enhances their ability to detect pheromones and other chemical signals that elude human perception. This remarkable sensory equipment enables dogs to navigate the world primarily through their sense of smell, providing a rich tapestry of information about their environment and the beings within it.
The K-9 nose is put to work in a variety of fields, from search and rescue missions to detection work in law enforcement, customs, and conservation. Dogs trained for purposes such as drug detection, explosives detection, and search and rescue leverage their exceptional olfactory abilities to locate specific scents quickly and accurately, often in challenging and high-pressure scenarios. By harnessing the extraordinary potential of the K9 nose, we unlock possibilities for enhancing security and safety.

Mastering the 'Down Stay' command is not just about obedience, it's about building trust and communication between you and your dog. This is included in our 4 week board and train program . How long can your dog hold a down stay?. Does your dog recall this enthusiastically? #DogTraining #DownStay
How to teach the place command.🐾😎 While positioned a short distance from your dog's bed or mat, utter the command “PLACE” and direct your dog towards the mat. Upon the dog having all four limbs on the mat, click and reward them with a high value food reward. While treats are not mandatory, they can serve as an additional incentive especially if your dog is reluctant to step on the mat. It is not necessary for your dog to sit or lie down, the only requirement is for all four paws to be on the dog mat. The dog is allowed to engage in any activity as long as it remains within the designated space. If the dog rises before being given the signal to move, respond with a firm NO and gently guide your dog back to the mat. Refrain from reissuing the command. Initiate this command in a distraction-free environment, keeping your dog within a foot's distance for a few seconds. Gradually increase both the duration and distance. Once your dog has acquired a solid understanding of the command and can maintain its position for at least two minutes, distractions can be introduced.

Did some work with Big T today. This is his second session. Wind is going east with some rain and making odor a little more hot, but not enough to over load him. He hit that scent cone like a champ! I’m also training him to bark on location. If you want to get your dog into tracking or trailing let me know! We have a course coming up in May that’s 85 a person and we teach you the basics to get started with your dog. It’s limited to 10 people and have some spots left.
Haven’t worked our personal rescue Tyson in quite a while. He’s a vocal guy for sure! He loves loves loves tug and ball .
