Happy Easter!! 🐰 🐣 💗

Here are a few of the pups I’ve gotten the chance to make beautiful over the last few weeks!! (I’ll try to get better at getting photo’s to post at the end of each week🥴😉)

Remember to be rebooking AT pickup or very soon after online!! I am filling up very quickly with warm weather approaching and it’s getting harder to find slots to squeeze your pups in. I’m only one person and safety/comfort is my #1 priority for your pup(s).

Another reminder: please please please, be ON TIME. Since I’m 1:1, every minute counts!! That goes for being early (interrupting the service timing for the prior client) and being late for your appointment. Within 5 mins, I can work with! Anything earlier, please wait in your car and text me. Anything past 10 mins late is subject to automatic cancellation and reschedule. My time slots are pre determined by size of your pet and how long it takes me to groom them from start to finish. Let’s be respectful of each others time.🙂

Very overdue for a “Pupdate” over here at Mel’s Grooming!! ❤️🐾

**Going into effect immediately as of 2/14/2024 Mel’s Grooming is CASH ONLY. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS, as I’ve unfortunately just experienced my first bad apple. This goes without saying, but full payment is due immediately upon pickup of your pet(s).
I try to be as transparent with every client as I possibly can be and only expect the same in exchange from you. That being said, if something comes up and we need to work something out, let me know, please refrain from blocking me or you’ll be permanently banned from my services. **

Now that all of that serious stuff is out of the way, a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you for allowing me to work with your pups and continuing to do the work I absolutely love each day! 💗
Please remember to be rebooking at every visit to stay on the books or booking online fairly soon after as I’m booking up faster than I used to! 😉

Oh my goodness, you guys!! What an incredible first Thanksgiving rush at Mel’s Grooming!! I am so forever thankful for each and every one of you. November has flown by, here’s a very small portion of the pups we’ve seen over the last few weeks. We’ve been so busy getting lots of puppy love and making these sweet pups beautiful for your Thanksgiving celebrations!! 🦃 🍁

I would also like to address this canine respiratory illness that is surfacing and hitting the news. I am doing my best to keep everything sanitized and clean between each pet, as well as even adding some sanitizer in to my towels when I wash them. I am using a pet safe - hospital grade cleaner and I’m working hard to make sure I only have one dog here at a time unless they are from the same family. During this time, it is especially important that you’re here to pickup when your pet is ready and that we’re dropping off promptly at our scheduled appointment time to insure I have enough time to finish the prior appointment. I am following the news as well as multiple vet/groomer groups and will continue keep you guys updated as needed. Your pets safety is my number one priority, I see/treat each and every one as if they were my own. That being said, if you have a concern that your pet may be sick or just don’t feel comfortable bringing them, please let me know. I will waive any cancellation fee’s and I will work with you. Thank you for your continued support!!💗

Happy Wednesday! Here’s today’s crew🐾

‼️I’m unfortunately no longer able to accept new clients at this time, with it just being me, I am very busy and I have to be sure to have spots for my current clients. Rebooking at the end of every appointment will guarantee a spot to stay on my books. I will however be starting a waitlist, if a spot opens up I can call you. I so greatly appreciate all of the referrals and I’m hoping to get Emily (our favorite bather 🫧) grooming in the next few months. That being said, she will be able to start accepting a few new clients when the time comes.

Mel’s Grooming has been hit with covid 😷

Originally though it was strep, positive covid test last night. It’s been a really rough few days, I wouldn’t wish it on any of you, which is why I’m quarantining the remainder of this week.
I know a few of you are waiting to schedule/reschedule, I apologize for not having gotten back to you yet. This is the first time I’ve been able to stand looking at a phone. I will get back to each of you individually as I’m able to.

I also want to take this as a time to let everyone know, if you or anyone in your home is feeling sick, please let me know prior to coming. Even if it’s the day of your appointment, I won’t be upset, I can get you rescheduled when you/your family is better. A lot of illnesses are going around, especially with the kiddo’s going back to school, I just want everyone to stay happy and healthy!
