Merry Christmas from Steve German’s Taxidermy Art!
As in the past we will be closed the week after Christmas and this year I’m having surgery in Houston on New Years Eve and will be in the hospital for a few days so it may be a little longer this year!
If you have ducks, geese or small mammals to bring in just put in a plastic bag, force out the air and seal then freeze. If you have a deer,put in plastic bag a put in the freezer.
Well try and have the studio open as soon as possible!!

It’s almost that time folks!!! Take a plastic bag to the blind with you!! Grab the foot, shake out excess water, bill under the wing!! Put the bird aside and continue the hunt!! Our slogan is “ Preserve the Memory” and we would love to do that for you!!! Steve German’s Taxidermy Art!!!

It’s that time of year!! To all of our loyal clients and anyone who would like to become one!!! Don’t forget to drop your out of state deer off for us at Ty’s Taxidermy in Vidor,Tx , exit 864 on I-10!! Be sure to tell them your trophy is coming to Steve German’s Taxidermy Art!! Ty and his crew will make it compliant with the CWD laws and we will pick it up and bring it to our studio in Westlake!! Thanks ahead of time!!!! Steve German

We’re back at it full speed!! Steve German’s Taxidermy Art is looking forward to our 52nd year in business and hoping to continue to please our old and our new clients!! Open 7AM close 4 PM Monday thru Thursday on Friday we close at 2! If you haven’t seen our showroom it’s worth the trip!!! Hope you all have a productive and fun hunting season!!

It’s that time of year!! Starting Monday August 5th STEVE GERMAN’S TAXIDERMY ART will be once again open to the public! We will be back to our regular business hours Monday-Thursday 7am until 4 and Friday 7am until 2. Thanks to everyone who that let us work all summer and try to catch up!! Looking forward to to a great upcoming hunting season!!!
