Pit Bull of the Day!

Micro Bully puppy was owner surrendered at the animal hospital that I work at. She had mange, every intestinal parasite, an eye infection and only weighed 17 # at 5 months old. So I adopted her and brought her home. She just turned a year old yesterday, she now weighs in at 45 # and is super healthy!!

A volunteer writes “Moonrise bounces into the room ready to go. She is eager to have treats, and lots of love. Moonrise has one giant black spot on one eye, and a big eyebrow above the other. Her spots frame her gentle eyes. It’s like she is starting a new fashion trend. She has a sweet smile and an even sweeter presence. Moonrise was found as a stray. She props herself up on us, showing off her gorgeous white coat. Moonrise is 8 years old and deserves to have some peace and consistency in her life now.”
