You will play a critical role in helping to care for pets and their humans. Depending on the individual, this position may be part or full time.
Job Requirements:
•Kindness, compassion and patience with both animals and their humans.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask in an often fast-paced environment.
•Exceptional problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude.
Duties:
•Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
•Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.
•Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about services, treatments, and clinic policies.
•Providing check-in and check-out procedures for clients and their pets.
•Processing payments after services.
•Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
•Supporting veterinary team by assisting with administrative tasks and handling requests as needed
