🚨 Heads up, pet parents! We’re seeing a rise in kennel cough cases in our area.

If your dog spends time in high-traffic dog spaces—daycare, grooming, boarding, dog parks, training classes—we strongly recommend getting the Bordetella vaccine every 6 months.
It’s a quick nose-drop vaccine that helps boost protection where exposure risk is higher.

Most cases are mild, but puppies, seniors, and dogs with other health issues can get sicker faster.

👉 If your pup starts coughing or seems off, keep them away from other dogs and reach out to us so we can help guide you on next steps.

Over the past few months, we’ve been testing a new online pharmacy, Koala, to see if it could improve your experience compared to Vetsource. After hearing your feedback, it’s clear that Koala has not met expectations. Shipping times are longer, discounts are fewer, and pricing has not been as competitive as anticipated.

We initially tried Koala because of its promised record integration, but that feature did not work as intended. Thankfully, Vetsource now offers the same integration, making it the better choice moving forward.

We’ll be transitioning back to Vetsource as our primary pharmacy, though Koala will remain available for those who prefer it.
