Well I know we haven't done a great job of keeping you all in the loop, but I honestly just wasn't sure if/how we'd ever get here!

Thank you to a ton of client support, a community of handypeople, our get er done vet tech-office manager-extraordinaire Aimee, Good Ole Labor, my supportive husband Eric Vezina- kennel designer, and the continued heartfelt goal of helping those in need whether it be pain management, mobility issues, chronic imbalances, or those just looking for another option to whole body wellness for their companions.

We will be using our new entrance, south side of the building, off Blanchard lake drive unless directed otherwise. Please bear with us through this adjustment period.

Come join our crew at Flathead Veterinary Wellness & Rehabilitation Center, an integrative veterinary practice where you get to help make animal's lives better and more pain free every time you come to work.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Veterinary Rehabilitation Technician or someone working towards that certification, however, will also consider someone highly experienced in animal handling, behavior, or training that has a strong passion and drive to be in the field of veterinary mobility, pain management and rehabilitation.

Needless to say it’s cold!

We are noticing a lot of our patients are coming in with dry, flaky hair coats. The cold, dry air and heating systems can really affect our pets skin. Adding in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) found in fish oil helps support skin and coat health. They are also beneficial in joint, heart, and eye health. Nordic Naturals Omega 3 Pet can be added daily to canine and felines diet to help nourish their coat and immune system. 🐾

Luyi is a 12 year old, dachshund mix that became paralyzed in his hind legs.

Dachshunds are particularly prone to spinal problems, due to their unique body shape with a long spine and short legs, which puts significant stress on their vertebral column.

Luyi has made great improvements in regaining the use of his hind legs with Electroacupuncture, physical therapy and underwater treadmill sessions.

Electroacupuncture (EA) is a specific acupuncture technique that involves electrical stimulation applied to acupuncture needles, and it is used to treat various painful conditions, including neurologic and muscle deficits.
