17 days left to submit your dog to become King ULLR & Queen of the Snows LXVI of the Whitefish Dog park!

Stay tuned for a sneak peak into some of the incredible submissions we've already received!

Friendly reminder that the dogs chosen and coronated will be also walking in the Whitefish Winter Carnival parade on Saturday Jan 7 so at least one owner must also be available to walk with the winning dog/s the same day.

It’s that time of year again! We are officially accepting nominations for 2025 Dog Park King & Queen of

The theme of this year’s Winter Carnival is Snow Place like Home. Send us a picture of your dog and tell us why they should be this year’s King or Queen. Bonus points if your picture includes the Wizard of Oz theme.

Coronation will take place at Whitefish Dog Park the week heading into Winter Carnival.

The King & Queen will be knighted by the Winter Carnival Royal Family and will get to walk in the parade! ❄️🗡️🐩

You have 10 hours left to submit your dog costume picture! Submissions will be accepted until midnight tonight. Voting will take place by the Hugh Rogers Board of Directors tomorrow and the winner will be announced on Halloween day!

You helped us hit our goal! A HUGE thank you first and foremost to you, the dog park donors. We are able to stay afloat, improve our park, and make necessary repairs.

Last night was the Great Fish Community Challenge awards ceremony where each participating non profit found out what the annual match amount was in this year’s campaign.

We could not be more grateful to , The Circle of Giving, and each individual donor who generously gave to all 80 non profits this year. 🫵🏻🫶🏻

It’s that time of year again! 🧡🖤

Start thinking of costumes for your dogs. This will be our 4th annual dog costume contest and we think it’s going to be the best one yet.

Rules:

-dress your dog in your best/most clever costume ever
-snap one photo of you dog in their costume
-dm the photo to us via Instagram or Facebook
-props,backgrounds, staging welcomed!
-send in your 1 photo by October 29th

Winner will be announced by noon on October 30th.

We are incredibly grateful for you!

YOU helped us raise RUFF-ly $25,000 during the Great Fish Community Challenge and we could not be more grateful. We know money can be tight these days. We know you also donated to so many worthy organizations.

We also know you could skip donating altogether, yet, you showed up, spread your generosity and love.
YOU are what keeps this park in a position to operate.

It's with so much gratitude that the Whitefish Dog Park volunteer board thanks you from the bottom of our hearts.
More updates to come, we just wanted to let you know you got us to our match goal and how much we (and so many dogs) appreciate you!
