Calling all Michigan 4h-ers! Looking for a STUNNING show rabbit to put on the table for both breed class and showmanship? Look no further because War has the BEST personality for being a 4h rabbit. She's got gorgeous type, she is easy to handle and pose, and she's small, making her the perfect fit for a young 4h-er to use in showmanship classes. She already does well at holding her pose on the table without walking off and will just get better with more handling. I could just sell this doe to another ARBA breeder but she is destined to be a 4h bunny with her sweet personality. Feel free to share!

Trying to find stuff to enter for this weekend is a struggle! I have some pretty does that don’t have the coats I’d like for the table and with double show on Friday and a triple show on Saturday, at $5 an entry, If they aren’t in coat, they aren’t going! Lol so far I have one Cal and one NZ making the cut.

At last I am home and have time to post about the weekend. Attended the MSRBA Fall Show in East Lansing! There were over 100 entries in both Californians & New Zealand’s! Moll’s Down the Stretch Won Best Opposite of Breed in Show A! Thank you, David & Greg for the doe.

JLC’s Beach Cowboy made his show debut! First time out of the barn and he won best jr buck 2/3 times he showed earning him two legs! The quality of animals was like competing at nationals all over again! It was so great to see all of the fellow breeders. We will see everyone at the Christmas Show!

Since I am a licensed Sub Wildlife rehabilitator for a local wildlife rescue in my area, I am always always looking for throw blankets and enrichment toys for our intakes. Thrifting has become my favorite way to find them!

My rabbits ALWAYS have some sort of enrichment toy with them. Some of you may have noticed at nationals or in my carriers at local shows. When I mentored at a zoo while in school, my favorite thing to do was select enrichments for all the animals. Enrichments help keep them busy, challenge them, and can be very entertaining for them ( and you) ☺️

What another wonderful year at ARBA Nationals in Louisville, KY! We finally got to meet some of the buyers from our late summer sale. I hope they enjoy their JLC rabbits. I love talking rabbits and yapping with people. I enjoy hanging out with my rabbits family oh so much. ❤️

Now it’s time to do some fall breeding and get ready for the late year shows! We will see you all soon.
