Many of you have seen the baby Congo African Grey babies we have had in the store over the past couple years. If you missed them or want to watch these babies grow up come in and see them! They grow so fast, these pictures are only 3 days apart!

Octoberfest and our Crafter's Showcase is coming soon!!!
Do you create items that might be of interest to bird lovers (for those of us without feathers!!)? We are looking for vendors to sell their handmade products during our event on October 12th.
Submit a photo/description to Angela though the store's Facebook or email for consideration. This event has been a hit in the past but we still only have so many slots.
Items do not have to be bird related.

Please contact us ASAP and apply by September 7th
We will confirm who are vendors by September 14th.
-Here at the store, indoors
-October 12th from 11 to 5
-No fee to be a vendor.
-Bring your own table/display and chairs.

Wednesday: We are trimming from 2 to 5 today.

With all the lost birds lately please be sure to have the leg band information written down in a safe place!! If you bought a bird from us, it will be on the "Going Home" paperwork. If your bird is brought to the Wichita Animal Shelter they will ask you to prove ownership by providing that information. We also use that information to make sure the correct bird is being reunited with their family.

If you cannot read their band we would be happy to help!!

Also, please keep your birds wings trimmed to prevent accidents and escapes! If your bird does escape contact us ASAP so we can get them posted or contact you if a bird is brought to us that matches their description.
