Vegas week is right around the corner!! We’re just a few minutes from Rancho Rio and everything in Wickenburg. We have one RV spot still open!! The barn bunkhouse (sleeps 2) is available until 12/12/24 and again 1/20/25 until whenever. I’ve got just a couple of stalls still available and one large pen. Our great amenities for your horses are: two arenas, turn out area, round pen, all new footing in the covered stalls and covered pens. And we upgraded the WI-FI so every spot has great coverage! Need a self care pasture? I have one available until the end of November. Then available from 12/15 to the end of January. Then available March 1st until whenever.
*All other pastures are booked out for the entire season or longer, then two will be available May 1st*
Very large, holds up to 6-8 horses, auto water on a float with a large Rubbermaid trough, new no climb fencing on steel posts and top rail. You will need to feed hay-we have pallets at each gate to stack your hay and keep supplies, grain etc at your pasture.

We have the Studio available! Queen bed, sleeper sofa, recliner, desk/vanity, nicely appointed kitchenette, bath with shower, closet and extra storage space, full sized fridge and laundry facilities next door. Includes use of pool and hot tub, grill and patio area with seating.

It’s that time again for winter reservations! Our cute “tack room” offers two twin beds, bath with shower, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, TV and internet. Trash and laundry facility included. Located just inside the main barn, it’s the perfect spot to stay at the ranch close to your horses. Outside covered stalls, pens, private pastures, two arenas, round pen and turn out available. How I spend my summer vacation Part V
All new Kool Deck around the pool and spa areas! New commercial drains installed which are not only attractive, they will hold up well to the sun.
I sure do love my ranch! Having a pool up on the highest point with those great views feels like a resort vacation everyday!

The Studio is coming available soon! Includes pool and spa privileges, washer/dryer and is situated on our ranch in a serene and beautiful setting. (Horse accommodations are also available at our well appointed equestrian facilities).
Queen bed, seating area with sleeper sofa, TV, internet, bath with shower and a kitchenette.
Can rent by the week (minimum) or the month, long term is also available. Verifiable references are required for stays longer than a week.

More summer improvement projects completed! We now have a total of four tie rails inside the barn, having added three additional; set in deep with concrete. Cross ties set up at the correct height and stall mats placed in the wash rack.
Thank you Beene Welding and Fabrication for following along with my idea and making it into a reality!

So we changed the grade on the road to prevent water from running into the lower arena, it will run down the long side into the drainage area I put in last year. Added some rock and recycled concrete, watered it then rolled it. I have to work the arena up still but the new footing is spread out with a great base from derocking. I cannot wait to ride in there!!

All the stalls and pens are re-leveled with a new base and washed, screened, low dust sand placed inside. It’s so soft, making a comfy bed for the horses and not abrasive on their hocks when they get up. 🐴🐴

Our lower arena is completely de-rocked and looks incredible! New footing comes in tomorrow and I’ll be spreading it and working it!! Thank you Papa Pete’s Rock Removal for a fantastic job and being so great to work with!!
Perks Ranch offers not one but two arenas with great footing and turn out and pastures in addition to indoor and outdoor stalls and pens. We’re open year round for horses and RV spots-give us a call or send a message if you’d like more information or to schedule a tour.

The Northern Lights looking over the barns and horses just after midnight! What an incredible sight!
The first photo was taken a bit earlier around 9 pm facing exactly North. Then as the night moved on, the lights were moving to a more Southeasterly position.
Fantastic show to see here in the Southwest and right on the ranch!

We’re open year round! I have one RV spot with a shade and full hook up and I also have the “tack room” barn apartment. Covered pens and stalls, round pen, arena and turn out, indoor box stalls and wash rack. We also have two large private pastures (for your horses only) and one smaller private pasture all with shades and continuous water on a float. Looking for a private pasture? I have two large ones available that can hold up to 6-8 horses with lots of room. I have one smaller that can hold up to 3-4 horses. Continuous water on a float, shade structure, pallets outside your gate for your hay/feed storage, top rail with no climb fencing. Self care and you will need to feed hay-these are not irrigated. Just off Route 93 and Rancho Casitas Rd in Wickenburg, a few minutes to Rancho Rio and downtown.
Nicely appointed equestrian facility with two arenas, round pen, indoor wash rack with hot/cold water, trailer parking area, some trails on the property or ride to Sols Wash.
