If you know me, you know I'm ALWAYS continuing my education

If you want to know ALL of the details to saddle fit including what to look for fitting a saddle on a horse, issues with a saddle by itself and how to "read" a saddle, parts of the saddle, girth and pad fit, rider balancing, biomechanics of how saddle fit affects the horse, client communication and saddle markups, I strongly urge you to take Morgan's saddle fit course! It's not easy, but that's because true saddle fitting ISN'T easy!

I decided to really push myself and further my knowledge advancing myself by taking this course. It was a challenge and I spent MANY many many hours studying it (thank you also to a few great friends letting me practice on their saddles and horses and picking and tearing them apart - I am GLAD we are still friends 😂😂) and working on my case studies, but it was all WELL worth it. I'm now feeling more confident than ever in saddle fit. Thank you Morgan for another great class! I'm officially a certified saddle fitter ❤️

This morning was a little bit sentimental to me 🥹

I've been working on this gentle giant for years now. In fact, he was one of the first horses I started working on for the public, which his owner and I quickly became good friends ❤️

He heads out tomorrow for his new home in Texas (with a pit stop on the way). We had our last session this morning while it drizzled some rain after a good storm, and I won't lie, I did choke up a little when we were done.

Hope to see you in TX in the future buddy and maybe we will get to have another session together ❤️

Long busy days have had me very thankful to adding Desi to my team ❤️ She's been working for me since November when I needed help after my injury and has been a giant asset. Thank you for all that you do Des! (Spoiler alert, we have more tricks up our sleeves coming soon!)

One of the few times I've been smart (even though it was a coincidence) and booked a barn for massages UNDER cover for the rain. Gotta go get myself a lottery ticket or something 😅

I was called out to come help this sweet mare while her owner was in town to rope. She was extremely sensitive in her hind end, and this was a brand new behavior as of this week and didn't really want anyone near her or touching her much. I very slightly and softly would touch her on the hind end, and she'd tuck it under and quiver in pain. So I started working on her front end which automatically relaxed her. When I got to the hind end I only did red light and energy work, and eventually was able to lightly stroke and very lightly massage her. By the end of our session I was able to put a solid medium pressure on her hind end with no issues at all. I followed up with Hestaband k tape to continue to support the blood flow and healing of her soreness. Her owner reported that she is doing great. It's always amazing the things we can accomplish with a little time, patience and education. This was absolutely a fun one for me to work on ❤️
