Ruger is a 2016 model. Grey grade gelding standing around 14.3. Ruger has spent time both in the mountain country down to the Sonora desert in AZ. He has experience trailing cattle, I’ve swung and thrown my rope off him but have not had the chance to rope anything. He has been miles down the trail. Ruger has been to and rode around but we did not use him in the movie, however I did take him to an aritist ride and he has been in a few paintings already. He’ll bath in or out of a wash rack. I managed to get one ladt ride with Apache and what a to boot! Apache is on his way to his new home!!

Apache is a unique marked registered Overo Paint horse he stands 15.1 hands high. He has been on a movie as well as a few artist rides and is in several paintings. He has done ranch work, trails, family horse and shown in western and English. Has a nice walk, smooth trot and lope. Neck reins, side passes to open gates. Good in and out of the arena. Ponied other horses gathered cattle. Been to camp in the mountains and has rode all types of terrain. Easy to handle on the ground and to catch when turned out. His tail was eaten off but has started back and I’ve started him on biomane to help the process I do have pics to prove he has a tail. Saddles up and rides without warmup. Stands tied and stands for the farrier. Loads and hauls great. Located in Helena MT

If you are traveling with horse’s through or around Helena and need a place to stay with horses The Bar Lazy H is an amazing place very friendly arena and round pen use if you need to turn out or want to ride.
