The Trujillo family just had an amazing 4-day journey with us improving their horsemanship and deepening their bond with their horses.
A little over a year after purchasing Bro from us Serenity and him are well on their way to becoming drill team superstars.
We couldn’t be happier to have gotten to spend this time with such amazing people and we’re very proud of all you guys have learnt and accomplished!

His 4-year-old year he was used to day work and was hauled to jackpots on the heel side. Boon definitely has a bright future ahead of him as a jackpot, futurity, or ranch horse. This great gelding is quiet and easy to get along with. He can easily stay in a pasture with other horses or stay in a show stall.

Huckleberry is an 11 year old draft cross gelding with lots of miles under his belt. He has a very sweet personality and rides around like one should. For a big guy (16H) he is very athletic and matches his rider’s energy well. This handsome boy spent the last three months in our training program re-building his confidence after a bad experience and has made amazing progress. However he requires a knowledgeable, confident rider that can be there for him. This is a horse that will do anything for you once you get his trust.

He rides inside and out of the arena effortlessly, crosses any obstacle and honesty is just a very fun horse to go do anything with. Under saddle almost nothing fazes him. He is great for the farrier and has big strong feet.

Huckleberry would thrive having his own person to trust and with his versatility would offer numerous possibilities to explore.
His current owner is emotionally invested in this horse and by now, honestly, we are too. We will be very picky about his new home to ensure he gets to spend the rest of his life in the way a good horse like him deserves.

We would be very happy to keep him in our barn and offer training or lessons for his new owner too.

We started the year with VERY exciting news!
High Bar C**ts has relocated to the X Bar 7 Ranch located in Wigwam, CO. A very convenient location with wonderful private facilities that will allow us to greatly improve our program and put us closer to achieving the goals we have set for this year!

BRO - 4yo Grade Gelding

This flashy gelding is a sure eye catcher! With one of those goofy gelding personalities he’s sure a memorable horse.
