We are a family operated natural market located in the Community of Williams - 30 minutes South of Grants Pass & 45 minutes from North Medford.

Hours: 15-25 hrs a week to start
Shifts: Weekend Closer 2:3-9pm Friday-Sunday
Prep Kitchen Support: Set schedule 21 hours per week
Mid shift Cashier: 3-4 shifts per week 12-5pm
Commitment: We ask that our team members agree to a 6 month commitment

If so, Join the team at our local Natural Foods Market & Agricultural Supply.
We are located in Williams, which is 30 minutes from Grants Pass & 45 minutes from North Medford.

Compensation: Based upon experience and performance
Hours: Up to 20-35 hrs a week to start
Shifts: This position is for shifts that may vary ranging from 7:15am to 9:30pm Mon-Sat.
Commitment: We ask that our team members agree to a 8 month commitment

Job Description:
Cashiers provide fast, friendly, an accurate check out services for our shoppers using a computerized register system. Cashiers bag groceries and help shoppers find items in the store; maintain a clean, stocked work station, front surrounding areas and take "return" products back to their proper shelf locations. Closing cashier is responsible for typical retail closing procedures of light stocking and floor sweeping/cleaning.

Qualifications:
* A courteous helpful personality and can provide exceptional customer service.
* A love of natural foods and Organic gardening
* An Ability to learn an operate all aspects of a computerized cash system.
* An Ability to learn and follow strict cash/check/credit card handling procedures
* An Ability to respectfully lead and direct team if needed
* An Ability to follow through and stay on task
* An Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 4 hours without a break
* An Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, can lift loads up to 50 # unassisted
* Are flexible an able to work a variety of shifts including nights, & weekends.
* A willingness to learn and follow inventory standards and requirements.

* Effective communication skills with Guests, Team Members and Store Leadership.
