Dear Lucy,
Thank you so much for rescuing me. The years spent with you were the best years of my life. I was one lucky Lady.
You were a wonderful cat mom and I know you will be a wonderful human mom to that little boy who will arrive shortly.
I know there were times I frustrated you by showing so much affection to that man you let into our lives. I was merely trying to show that I approved of your choice. He is a good husband and will a great dad too. Plus, he’s fuzzy, cuddly and warm. That’s important too.
Thank you for taking such good care of me right up to the end.
