From darkness came light when Giving for Getty was born to help us honor him through acts of service. As time & funds allow, we periodically provide handmade jewelry to a nonprofit animal rescue or foster program. Our time and jewelry will be donated free of charge. The individual or organization will retain 100% of all monies made from jewelry sales. These funds will be used to offset the costs o
f their rescue and TNR (Trap Neuter Return) work. Along with our jewelry fundraising initiative, Giving for Getty also provides kitten and cat fostering services. Our focus is on adult cat adoptions & friendly-feral rehabilitation. We are currently accepting healthy, weaned kittens and cats. This arrangement allows rescues to provide space to neonates and cases requiring serious medical attention. We also love volunteering for cat or dog transports! Donations made directly to Giving for Getty will be used for cats in foster and to purchase jewelry supplies to keep our mission moving forward. PayPal : [email protected]

Though this has been a tough week of loss, there is still so much to be thankful for. Ten kittens from the poisoning site are still alive and fighting! This has been a battle for all of us and I am not giving up on these kittens. We are not out of the woods yet but these cats are happy and know they are incredibly loved.

This Friday August 16th from 6pm-8pm we will be at the dunk tank outside the Brickyard Restaurant & Ale House. For $5.00 , you can get a bucket of balls to throw and try to dunk Cashlin or his friend in the dunk tank. All proceeds go to Heidi’s Furry Friends Rescue Inc animal fund! We will have a table set up where we will have a few shirts for sale and a donation can and some information about us! We are hoping to raise money for our cause so please tell your friends and come on out to dunk cashlin!!!
On August 17th & 18th we will be having our rescue yard sale at 1350 warren avenue in loyalsock! From 8-3!! If you’re interested in donating a basket for our raffle (we are hoping to have a raffle) please let us know by Friday August 16th. We don’t have a big front yard here so we will have to put out new stuff as we make room! We were going to do it at our own house but all of our donations are at that property so I don’t want to have to move everything . Both the 17th and 18th will have brand new stuff!! Come see us! All proceeds go to our animal rescue fund! Shirts will be available for sale on first come first serve basis as I only have so many in each size.

Clementine was rescued as a stray, starving and days away from giving birth. Clementine is now healthy thanks to her Foster and looking for her own happily ever after! This beautiful sweetie is super friendly and loves to cuddle with her humans.
Here’s what you need to know about this gorgeous little lady:

My heart is broken to say that my former foster, Big Ben passed away peacefully in his forever home. My deepest condolences to his family. I am forever grateful that his family chose him and loved him so very much. I loved Ben deeply, he was one of the most special cats I have ever met. His forever family was absolutely perfect for him. Rest peacefully, Ben. I’ll see you on the other side. ❤️ I’ve never shared this video of Ben and I, but it captures perfectly how special he was to me.
