Well this little cutie has a problem. He has a scissor beak that I believe is probably genetic in nature. So my Russian Orloffs are off the table for a while so I can do some test hatches and see if it happens again. Usually it takes both parents to carry the gene for it to be passed on, so as I hatch I will be doing some rearranging so as to make sure the culprit is removed from the breeding flock.

My little Cochin Bantam crowing. So funny when they don't quite have that deep crow yet.

Well I candled my incubator that I had left off for over 24hrs and things look good. I can't believe I didn't kill them. I'm so thankful!
