Some bonds are simply timeless. Capturing the love and connection between this wee toddler and her grandparents at Mercer Arboretum and Botanic Gardens was such a privilege. Watching their shared laughter, gentle hugs, forehead bumps, the way they lit up in each other's presence was pure magic.
Its moments like these - unspoken gestures, the quiet joy of just being together - that tell the most beautiful stories. Grateful to have preserved this special chapter for them.
Honestly, I cannot wait to be a grandma.

A Holiday Moment to Remember! ✨🎄

What started as a sweet family photo session at Market Street in The Woodlands turned into the most magical surprise! Right in front of the beautifully lit Christmas tree, David dropped to one knee and asked Mikayla to spend forever with him. ❤️💍

The joy, the tears, the love—it was a moment straight out of a holiday movie, and we are over the moon for these two! Mikayla, you deserve all the happiness in the world, and David, welcome to the family!

Nothing warms the heart like a backyard full of love and laughter! This backyard session (yes, I can do this right in your backyard!) captured the sweetest moments with this more than adorable family.
Family isn't just who you share your home with - it's who you share your heart with. The two sweetest fluffballs made this session even more fun and brought out some candid laughter and genuine smiles....and all right in their own backyard! Perfect day, perfect shoot.

This season I want to shine a spotlight on an incredible local rescue here in Houston TX that does so much good for our community. ThisIsHouston works tirelessly to give abandoned and severely neglected animals a second chance at life. Their dedication to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving homes for these sweet souls is truly inspiring.

STOPPPP. I had a grandparent session THIS MORNING at Mercer Arboretum and Botanic Gardens and I cannot EVEN STAND IT. I'm only sharing a few black and whites because the color images are so beautiful your heart may just explode.....I haven't even begun to edit through, but I just had to share these to spread this joy.

This is amazing news!!!

In April 2021, we came across a Pittie we named Rose. Rose made a home out of tossed out tarp on the side of the road. She was hairless, mangey, terrified, and she had a collar on. She was tossed out just like the tarp. We witnessed several cars nearly hit her.

We rescued her but we were too late. She passed away from parvo. Something about her grasped our hearts, and her loss hit us hard. But she went on to help us implement an outreach program in Cleveland, TX. Our goal was to prevent innocent dogs from dying from preventable diseases. We helped ~6,000 owned dogs.

As you know, we put a halt on those efforts back in January this year. Many reasons came into play, mainly personal + the vet that was helping us who abruptly stopped for no reason also really affected us. Nobody was more disappointed than us though; Cleveland in general holds a special spot in our hearts. When we announced we were stopping, we were already planning on how we could eventually start back up.

So we took some time to rest and brainstorm, and we’re ready to come back bigger and better. We just closed on 3.91 acres and will be building our very own clinic property. We’ll continue our Cleveland outreach efforts here and we plan to expand our help to other zip codes in the future. There’s a LOT of work in store to get to where we need to be, but we’re beyond excited to get back to helping the dogs again 💛

Well THAT's a WRAP! Christmas galleries are sent! The Magic of Christmas is best enjoyed by children, oh...and the moms who make this happen. I commend you and I raise a glass of wine to you! Where are my cattle dog lovers at? Y'all, this is Sancho. He is in Conroe TX, and he needs a home by December 1st. He is up to date on shots, neutered, microchipped and housebroken. The early morning November WG Jones forest shoots with your pup have been pretty popular, but there is only a couple of weeks left in the month! $200.00 for 30 minutes and 10 images! Two dogs and two people....Every morning the forest looks a little different...from foggy to misty to drizzly to bright and sunny! We never know what we will get but I can guarantee they are all splendid and beautiful. Best timing for this shoot is 7 AM.

I am always thrilled to see my previous foster pups loved and adored in their forever families. Mollie was my foster five years ago......sadly I saw her brother nearly getting hit by cars and with missing hair (mange?) on his back just yesterday as I was coming home. I wish I could save them all and find loving homes like Mollie's. It's obvious how she just adores her dad.

I love the art of editing.....sometimes the session is just too easy and other times it requires a bit of finesse and magic. This is about 40 minutes of work, and it isn't 100% complete. I love a good before/after though, don't you? And just loooook at these goodest doggos.
