Hello everyone!

We’re finally settled and resuming lessons! We are currently operating from a temporary location in Montgomery, TX. A huge thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during the move—and of course, with the weather.

I’m excited to share that we now have access to a full-size rodeo arena with lights, so we can work past daylight hours. I’ve been doing my best to respond to everyone, but if I missed you, please reach out to get scheduled!

✨ 🐴 Cowboy Update 🐴 ✨

His test results came back, confirming that he has Cushing’s and is insulin resistant. He’s now our little diabetic!

I’ve ordered a 5-month supply of medication and 2.5 month supply of some insulin support, which totaled just under $600. Many of you have expressed a desire to help, so I’m sharing this information. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated as we strive to keep our horses healthy and happy.

KING 👑 This is Kings journey from March 2024 to August 2024 and it’s not over yet.. First a big shout out to his forever mom Keisha aka ma’am Kiki for finding him and taking him in. King had a lot of work and long journey ahead of him. Being 24 he still has so much life ahead of him and deserves the best for his golden years. King came to MC Basic Horsemanship & Lessons 2 months into his rehab with Keisha and I am so grateful and blessed to play a part in his life of showing kindness and care. King will never know a hard life again and that’s all because of the amazing community of people that love horses as much as I do. You’re lessons play a bigger role than teaching essentials riding and horsemanship skills.. it helps these horses that need us the most. Enjoy this glow up 🥹🤍
