Got my Embark DNA test results back from my female Rosie.
She is clear for having or passing any genetic health issues.
Small puppies less than 15lbs.
For color she carries chocolate with one dapple gene. Meaning she can produce chocolate or chocolate dapples.
So one puppy out of my litter came from her DNA and the others got their DNA from the Dad🤣

So interesting to learn and thought you all would like to learn what I did. 🥰

Due to no fault of his own Hershey is back up for grabs! The family getting him decided they are not ready yet. 6 weeks old. Vet check next week, ready for his home June 24th.

Rosie! She’s my momma of this litter. My first dachshund and I just love her to pieces. If you’re ever having a bad day and need some doggie lovins she is your gal. If you ever wanted a bird to sit on your shoulder or a toddler in your face- it’s Rosie. She does whatever she can to make sure you are paying attention to her. Love my girl to pieces and she’s been the best first time mommy 🥰

Everyone meet “Bailey” he will be coming to us in July from Abundant life Canines out of Dora Mo. 😍 I’ve always wanted a true cream and I’ll finally have him thanks to his owners graciously considering me. Bailey is AKC registered. Out of a pretty cream male and piebald female, both parents are on the small side. He is a Mini Dachshund, longhair and will be the start of our official breeding program. Isn’t he the prettiest? Can’t wait to see him grow. I’ll post weekly updates as I get them.

Longhair mini dachshund. Echo is a chocolate/tan. Looks like two brown eyes but possibly a blue spot on one. She is looking for a new family. Will be ready June 24th. First shots and worming will be provided.

I am learning as this is my first litter. Today, I learned that this male puppy is considered a “shaded red” in color. I attached a picture of what he will look like when older. Guys, he’s gorgeous. Lowered at *650* They are starting to run around and are just the cutest. Updated pictures next week!
