❄️ Snow Alert! We’re Closed Tomorrow! ❄️

Hey everyone! Due to the snowy weather coming our way this evening and into the morning, we will be closed tomorrow Wednesday 1/22/25 to ensure the safety of our team and furry friends. 🐾

We want to remind all pet parents to keep your pups and kitties inside other than for brief potty breaks and avoid leaving them outside in these freezing temperatures, especially over night. ❄️💨 Extreme cold can be dangerous for pets, especially for those with shorter coats or smaller breeds. Keep them warm and cozy indoors! 🏡❤️

📢 Important Update for Our Clients! 📢

Some of you may already know that we have decided to discontinue the offering of a**l gland expression services here at Wild Wilmington. This decision took effect September 1, 2024.

While we strive to provide the best care for your pets, a**l gland expression is a specialized procedure that carries certain risks. Unlike vets, groomers do not have the same level of training to identify and address potential health issues related to a**l glands.

Ideally, dogs should be able to express their glands on their own; if they cannot, it may indicate a bigger problem that needs veterinary attention.
