We had a group of 7 people attend this years convention in Reno, NV! We had 6 first time attendees able to participate in the important conversations that shape the future of our breed, shows, and so much more!

It was a truly a joy to support so many first time attendees, and see their deep care and commitment to the Arabian and half Arabian horses we all love!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!! Next year the AHACO shows are moving to April 18 - 20, 2025. This move is intended to support the Region 4 AHA Championship Show which is relocating to Redmond, Oregon at the end of May. If you are interested in the betterment of this show and the Arabian Horse Community, please consider serving on the 2025 Show Committee. CLASS COUNTS for the Silverado arena, starting at 8:30AM, with Performance Classes under way at 10AM. We have a whopping 56 Ranch Riding Goes! A reminder that the Emerald Arena will be hosting Western Dressage until 1pm, so it will be unavailable. Please plan to lunge early . . . ie before 8AM. As always, patterns are posted on the website and draws are posted on the reader board by the announcer's stand!

GOOD EVENING! Here is the order of go for Sport Horse In Hand (Logan Arena) Starting at 8AM and Western Dressage (Emerald Arena) Starting at 930AM for Saturday morning. Breeding Halter will start at 830AM in the Silverado. A reminder that there will be NO LUNGEING while classes are in session in these 3 rings, so plan to get up early if you need to! We are excited to be offering these classes for our Arabian Owners and happy for the positive turnout!

EQUINE PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS is a specialty practice focusing on integrative veterinary medicine. Primarily, we use modalities such as acupuncture, osteopathy, and chiropractic, and herbal treatments. Our goal is to keep athletes working at their peak of performance, but also helping those that are slowing down, having trouble getting around, or needing rehabilitation from injuries. In addition to lameness, integrative therapy is also useful for internal medicine and other chronic conditions as well. The majority of cases seen are equines, but Dr. Melissa Shaver also treats canines as well! As an added bonus, she has been an avid Arabian supporter since she was a youth rider.
