✨ Big moment for our sweet girl Neiko! ✨

Neiko got her time in the spotlight as KENS 5 & Kens5.com came out to share her story, and our hearts are so full. 🐾📺 Neiko is an incredible girl with so much love to give, and this feature helps show the world just how special she truly is.

Like so many animals in our care, Neiko has been patiently waiting for her forever home. She’s loving, gentle, and ready to be someone’s loyal companion. Seeing her story shared with the community brings hope not just for Neiko, but for all the animals still searching for families of their own.

I’m hoping someone special is looking for a sweet, calm boy like me. I'm the kind of dog who loves gentle affection, soft pets, cozy cuddles, and just being close to my person make my whole day. I enjoy peaceful walks and spending time outdoors, especially when I get to explore right by your side. I'm smart, I listen well, and I really enjoy bonding with people who show me patience and love. I can get a little overwhelmed around barriers and shy around some dogs…so slow, respectful introductions work best for me.

As the temperatures drop, please take a moment to make sure all animals stay safe and warm:

🐾 Bring pets indoors — Freezing weather is dangerous for all animals.
🐾 Limit outdoor time — Only short, supervised potty breaks.
🐾 Check water bowls — Ice can form quickly in low temps.
🐾 Protect paws — Ice, salt, and frozen ground can cause burns or cracks.
🐾 No pets left in cars — A cold vehicle can become life-threatening fast.
🐾 Tap your hood before starting your car — Cats often crawl into warm car engines to escape the cold. A quick knock can save a life. 🐱❤️
🐾 Watch small, senior, or short-haired pets closely — They get cold faster.

Another Happy Tail 🐾🦴

Na’vi has officially found her forever home….with a foster fail family! One of our very own, our newest ACO, Officer Foley completely fell in love with Na’vi. Her adorable quirks and cuteness and her sunshine personality ☀️

Na’vi now spends her days soaking up the sun and Love from her two big brothers who adore and protect her! Non-stop zoomies through the house and backyard! Na’vi is feeling all kinds of spoiled being the new baby of the house!🏡 ❤️

We are so happy for Na’vi and her perfect happily ever after, just in time for the Howlidays!🎄🎅🐶
