At around 3 years old and 39 pounds, Lena is the perfect size for cuddles, car rides, and being your most loyal sidekick. She’s got a soft, Poodle-like coat, a heart full of love, and the cutest little stubby tail that wags when she feels safe. She’s a little shy at first, but with treats and gentle encouragement, she blossoms into the sweetest girl. We’re not quite sure of her breed—Doodle? Schnauzer? We are ALWAYS looking for more volunteers and fosters! Volunteers can help in a wide variety of ways, there is no set amount of required hours you have to volunteer and in addition to being fun, meeting new people, you’re making a difference! Fosters are also always needed for both our programs - for New Leash on Life, you’d foster approximately 2-3 weeks at a time and for New Start in Life, you’d foster approximately 2 months. PAW Alliance New Lease on Life & New Start in Life provides crate, crate mat, leash, collar, food, treats, toy, and vet care during the fostering time.
