Hershey here - I wanted to say hello and tell you nice people a little bit about myself. I like long walks with stops for sniffing, belly rubs, and sometimes a treat. I do get a little excited outside and try to encourage whoever is with me to walk a little faster but I'm a smart boy and my friends here say I'm "getting the hang of things" whatever that means. They also said I should tell you that I go potty outside - not sure why that's important - where else would I go??? But they said you all would be impressed, humans really are easy to please, huh? I'm just as sweet as my name says, even though I am never ever allowed to try it.

Stop by to see me today - the shelter is open 11 am to 1 pm, closed 1-2 for lunch then open 2 to 4:30 for adoptions.

Good morning! I'm Gilbert and my friends here said I could say hello again since I still haven't found my forever home. I came in with my mom and 4 brothers. My mom went to a "rescue" - I don't know exactly what that means but she seemed pretty happy as did my friends here. My brothers and I weren't feeling well for a little while so we got some medicine and then they all got adopted and went home. I'm still here, just Gilbert. They say I should tell you that I am very sweet and a good boy. I'm around 8 months old so I am still a puppy but I am well behaved and try my best to listen (sometimes I get excited and it's hard to focus but I really do try). Please come by and visit me - I am now in the big room up front so I can see all the nice people when they come in - it's so fun!

The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm, closed 1-2 pm for lunch then back open 2-4:30 pm for adoptions.

In only ONE HOUR after we reopened after lunch we had FOUR adoptions!! Kitty Chip and dogs Cardi, Shelley, and Bark Ruffalo all ADOPTED!!
