Today makes two years without you big guy 💔. We miss you still, and talk about you often. I hope there's plenty of squeaky toys, jumps and beaches up there Taterbug❤️

Lost you to hemangiosarcoma exactly 1 year ago...
It's going to be a long day.
I only had 8 summers with you.
8 birthdays.
I think of all the times I said "not today, maybe tomorrow Taterbug" and wish we'd gone down to the river, the lake, the beach, or for that car ride you loved so much, more.
The dogwoods are blooming all around us again, I'll always think of you when that 1st one pops alive.
The tufted titmouse still calls Tater!Tater! And of course I answer him.
When I vacuum I miss your tater tumbleweeds in the corners. Kind of. 😂
Honey is becoming Pappa's dog, but slowing down a little... I laugh when Meeko pounces on her like she used to do to you- turnabout, right?
Meeko is becoming a good little dog, but he doesn't have your zest for adventure, yet- we're working on that, and his car sickness. I promise to give him those days I postponed with you.
Tater I miss you every day, in so many ways-
I'll tell you all about it when I see you again❤️

So this is where we part, my friend,
