Urgent Appeal to residents in North Woburn main st close to Wilmington line:
These cats are at risk and without getting into the unnecessary drama that has been brought to our attention please let us know if you have seen these cats or know if either one is owned. Thank you for your assistance. Email us at [email protected]
We realize it’s hard to tell color of cats but we believe the darker one is black or dark grey. Cats are out very late and more than likely unowned strays.

2/28/2025 Update: Owner Located!

2/22/2025 Update: This baby has been safety captured. He is now with Animal Control!

Thank you so much for everyone in the community that looked after him during this cold winter! He is now warm and decompressing from his long outdoor adventure. If this is your cat or you know who the owner is please reach out.

2/21/2025 ***** PLEASE SHARE -

There have been many sightings since November on Cedar St. and Manhattan Dr Burlington, MA

Many residents are leaving food out for him. Please temporarily bring food source inside for best chance of capture.

Animal Control is working closely with a resident and has a feeding station set up in the last know location. This cat is cold, hungry and possibly lost but surviving! Lets work together and help him 🐾

He is currently looking for warm shelter:
If he wanders in your shed, garage or any enclosure on your property please try and close him inside and I will come right out to get him. Please try not to approach or call out for him as he is in survival mode and will run away.

If this is your cat or you know who this cat belongs to please reach out 🙏

Report any sightings directly to Animal Control

Check ring cameras and Please report any sightings to us if you spot this cat. We have been helping owners and have camera and trap set. He was last spotted at neighbors on Sunday night and by now is needing food and shelter desperately. We have advised owners to go out and call and search but so far no more sightings. They Also have found another stray in the process of looking for their cat. We intend to help with this cat as well as it needs vetting.

Please SHARE this post and make your own to protect the community cats of Puerto Rico from being removed and killed by the U.S. National Park Service (NPS)❗❗❗

Why SHARING is critical:
- - We have to spread the word about the horrific action NPS wants to take against cats.
- The judge's decision on our lawsuit against the NPS' cruel plan is due any day. We have to speak out louder than ever before then to make it clear that we stand with the cats.
- Just a click can help to raise our collective voice louder for Puerto Rico's cats.

❤️❤️❤️Heartwarming rescue today made by one of our volunteers. Vicki observed a cat showing up on her camera and started feeding and monitoring. Cat was showing up all hours of day and night so we discussed trapping to get him safe. Once he was trapped Vicki quickly observed cat appeared friendly. He was also microchipped and here is where the story gets truly amazing. His name is Winston and he was chipped to woman in Lexington. Turns out owner left him with her mother in Lexington when she went on her honeymoon in June of 2024!! He escaped and although they looked for him he was never found. 7 months later he was rescued by our volunteer Owner lives in Maine so flew down to mass to be reunited today. Winston is one incredibly lucky boy and is now home cuddling with his mom, safe and warm. This story highlights the importance of paying attention when you see cats outside in the cold and all hours of the day and night. Don’t just assume they are outdoor cats. Animals need us to make an effort to help them and get them to safety. If this cat has been considered just another outdoor cat he would still be suffering outside hoping to find food and warmth. And although coyotes are a real threat to pets, cats are smart and have been known to survive against all odds. This story is a testament to the resilience of animals and the impact we can have when we come together to help them. Don’t give up on them.

When animals show up on your doorstep crying and looking for help please help them!!

We have received many requests for help with stray or abandoned cats in both Woburn and Wilmington. It is frigid weather we are dealing with and if you shouldn’t be outside then pets should not be either. If you are seeing a cat outside and coming to you for food and help do something!! If an animal shows up on your porch it is looking for help. Rescues are available to help and advise.

Happy Tails!! These two munchkins were adopted by a lovely couple that had sadly lost their senior kitty recently and were missing having any fur babies. Luckily we had 5 for them to choose from. They have only been recently adopted but are quickly adjusting to their new home and family. Remember kittens in pairs do much better emotionally and will not torment other cats or pets in the home when they have siblings to play with. Kittens need to learn how to be a cat from another cat. Happy life Earl Grey and Darjeeling who jay have new names soon. Thank you Linda and Steve.😻😻😻

Thank you Dawn and Tony for getting in touch about donations and for letting us know how Coral and Finn are doing now. We are very saddened to hear Houdini passed as they rescued her from living difficult life outside. She was lucky to have such caring people take her in and give her time to adjust to a safe home life. Here are some pics of our other lucky kittens now grown up which were fortunate enough to have been adopted by them through WFCC as well. I think Coral may be shaming us into exercising more in the new year. 😻😻😻
