We have had many parents call asking if their child can volunteer with us. Unfortunately since our days are so unpredictable we are unable to allow it. Here is an opportunity for your kids age 9-12 to get some hands on experience and knowledge with pets that need extra love.

We are accepting applications for our first "Pets 4 Life" Humane Education Summer Camp in July. It's going to be a fun-filled, educational week!😁👏

If you are local to Manassas, VA - Oakridge Swim Club has graciously offered to partner with us on September 9, 2023 to have a pooch pool party. Dogs will have the opportunity to come take a swim at the end of the season pool plunge! This pool party will kick off our Living to the Max Campaign started to honor our sweet canine cancer warrior Maximus. Many of you followed his journey through his fight against intestinal lymphoma, that tragically took his life July 12, 2023. Max lived life to the fullest before and after his diagnosis. With the Living to the Max Campaign we hope to help raise further awareness to pet cancers, the treatments available, and provide support and encouragement to those fighting cancer. There will be time slots set aside for cancer warriors. A link to more information is found in the event post.
