Poppy’s puppies are a week old now. We unfortunately lost one which was hard. So there are only four which means these guys will have no shortage of constant attention from everyone all the time! Waitlist is pending fluffy results. I can’t tell yet who will be BHT Bluie vs RHT Bluie but they will all be beautiful flashy pups :)

There are slight variations in the Welsh Corgi myths but I love explaining the markings to people, especially the fairy kiss. Most of my pups come out with a fairy kiss so I’m happy for that. The saddle mark is most common in sables but puppies change so much as they grow you can see it in other colors when they’re born.

It’s been a rough past week with a big health scare from our oldest daughter who was hospitalized for several days. She’s under watchful care and is slowly starting to feel better but the cause is still a mystery so it’s been difficult.
In the midst of all that we still have one little male puppy who’s pretty much become one of us at this point but is really needing a family of his own. He’s crate trained, doing great with potty training and just got his second vaccine. He’s a love!

Our beautiful little Mystic Moon went to her new home now that her puppies are old enough. It was a hard decision but we could not be happier for her! She will have the spotlight she deserves, an amazing home and gets to visit a couple of her litter-mates!
We have a daughter of hers still available who is very vocal and talks just like Mystic. All of her babies inherited her amazing outgoing personality if you’re looking for a great companion :)

Oakley is the sweetest Heeler you’ll ever meet. She was an absolute T-Rex mouthy terror as a pup who’d draw blood from being weaned early but it didn’t take her long to adapt to kids and puppies in our house and now she’s the sweetest, gentlest most polite girl who loves everyone.

This has been our daily routine everyday usually twice a day headed out to the barn for years now. Each puppy we’ve raised learns the routine and Each kiddo gets pushed along in the stroller until they can walk along and start to help. It’s very busy and noisy and full of excitement but it’s my favorite part of my day :)

Here’s a clip of our every day routine headed out to do barn chores. I’ve done it for years now, pushing the baby stroller for each kid and raising each of our dogs along with us. Here you can see little Poppy trying to keep up with the big dogs already!
