Ms Charlotte loped for the first time last lesson! She thought she was going to trot “home” but Reno thought she wanted to lope and though she was scared at first, she giggled and laughed so hard afterwards! She was impressed she finally got to lope and for that she is our Cowgirl of the week!
Good job Charlotte! You’ve been improving so well little cowgirl! 🤠
Hayleigh is gaining her confidence more and more every ride! Proud of you girl! I know it’s been a long road but you are blossoming before our eyes 💕
I have a training spot open for April! Let me know how I can make your dreams a reality!
I said goodbye to this cool pony today. Bex came in for a tune up and because she struggled with her lope pretty bad. She went home with some fancy new buttons, good and broke, and a nice little lope on her. I was sad to see this one go!
Ms Willow only has 2 weeks left with me but the lightbulb is starting to go off and she has done so good this week! Even on a cold breezy day with a solo ride 💕
Our Cowgirl of the week goes to Ms Everlee!
She has decided she wants to be a trick rider 😂 the confidence she has shown with Reno over the last few months has blossomed and we sure are happy to have her here at Popstar Ponies!
Poor Nova has ulcers and we are using the PEMF to help relieve some pain and soreness.
She showed us a dramatic release to let us know it’s working!
When your training horses like you more than your own horses 😅
This is going to be a tough team to watch in the ranch class next year!
I’m so proud of her progress every lesson. Her and Reno are a match made in heaven!
Willow is starting to come out of the arena and what a good day with sideways wind and a solo ride around the farm for desensitizing! She had a brief moment of being unsure and had to be pushed into keep going, but she handled it well and finished the course! Still chipping away but these last 2 rides her mind has finally started focusing and I’m oh so proud of her!
Willow is tired of the mud and rain like I am 😓 unfortunately tonight we have a lot more moving in. I wish every day could be like today! Got a lot of work done and ponies rode and one more lesson to go for the evening!
Ms Willow finally got to come out of the round pen! She’s been a little bit slower on the learning scale but in the last week she is starting to finally get a work ethic and starting to ride around a lot better! Still chipping away but she’s learning to be a riding horse! Go Willow!
