Cancellation Policy
Effective 02/01/2025

Starting February 1st 2025, we will be implementing a "cancellation policy" due to an abundance of last minute cancellations.

Why?

As we have gotten busier, we are having to schedule people further back. Because of this, when a cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, we are unable to fill that spot. as such, we are out the money. Yes, this is a business decision, but at the end of the day, this is a business that pays our bills. When you cancel, we have to find other ways to pay those bills.
The cancellation fee will start at $15 per appointment cancelled. if you cancel 3 appointments in a row, the fee will increase. This fee is to be paid before or at your next grooming appointment.

Had a new requesr today!! Tinks momma saw that we do creative colors and asked for cheetah print on her pup! It came out great. It is a learning curve for us but her momma loved it! Cant wait to have her back!
