Time is up! They need a foster, adopter or rescue
This is Donald!
Last week we got him out of a local shelter and quickly realized something was off…
We believe he has “Rickets” due to malnutrition.
The best treatment we can give him is a high quality puppy food… which isnt cheap…
If you would like to help with Donald’s Treatment Plan you can donate via cashapp, venmo, paypal, or even purchasing the food he needs!

Yesterday was the last day Buddy will ever have to wear a TAPS bandana…
He has spent over two years searching for his forever home with us; our longest dog yet.
With tears in our eyes, we greatfully took that bandana back and handed over his leash.
🫶🏼Congratulations Buddy, you deserved this for such a long time!
As Winnie the Pooh once said:
“How Lucky I am having something that makes saying goodbye so hard”
Welcome to Foster Friday! Today we are highlighting another one of our amazing foster parents Bobbie Jo Hopper Privett!! She, along with her family, fostered for us one time, and then knew they could help do much more! We are so glad Bobbie Jo has joined our TAPS family, and we couldn’t be more grateful to her and her family for joining us on our quest to save so many doggy souls! Check out her story below!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
“ I first began fostering back in February when my oldest daughter begged me to help with a pound group that was destined for euthanasia. She was already fostering for the Arkansas pet Savers. We have a 4 year old lab, Betty, and I had just never considered taking in others. My first pair was Barbie and Midge. There have been many since then, mostly multiples with up to four at one time. Unknown to me at the time, there was something missing in my life and fostering has filled that spot. It really has been such a blessing and I couldn’t see my life without these precious souls that drift in and drift out. I call myself the “jumping off place.” I’m just a stepping stone to their better lives ahead and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve had one fail. Miss Mira (short for Miracle). She was one of a parvo litter so named because there’s no reason she should have survived that nightmare when most of them didn’t. I just love it and our Betty girl does, too.”
Transport
A very successful transport! Happy doggos ready to begin their new lives! Their adventures await! Thank you once again to our fosters, our drivers, and to all who donated to help them get to the destination 🤩
