Today, we were fortunate enough to be able to donate some school supplies to some of the sweetest kids that attend the Yelm boys and girls club 🙂
We believe in doing what we can to help children achieve all that they can achieve!
Although it may not seem like much to most, we hope that it brought a smile to a few parents and their children on this beautiful day.
If you or anyone you know would like to help today’s youth, there are many schools and other organizations accepting donations to provide to some that may not be able to afford them at this time!
Let’s all do our part, and put a smile on a strangers face today!

UPDATE ON SIZING PRICES
Some of our clients may not know that we have been changing the prices on some dogs.
In the past, many dogs were classified as “small breed” dogs, or “medium breed” dogs.
We have started making changes to some who are…. Well, a little bigger than many of their fellow breed.
If your dog is larger in general size or considerably larger in weight, they may be moved up a size in our system.
This is to insure we are pricing accurately.
Larger dogs do take more time and more product to complete their grooms properly.
We do know that this price increase may inconvenience some, but as your prices have risen…. Ours have as well 😞
If you have any questions about the size that your pet is classified as, please feel free to ask us at your next appointment!!

Ladies and gentlemen, the Gurrs and Purrs Dog Rescue could desperately used some dog food for the rescue dogs. We are actively seeking donations of dry dog food, if you are willing and able to donate. We do have an Amazon wish list that we will post in the comment section, if ordering on line is easier for you than delivering 🙂
We do ask that you avoids brands like Alpo or ol roy, as they tend to upset the bellies of a minority of dogs.

With the projected heat for the remainder of the week, we have decided to finish up with our walk in nail clinic (tomorrow) at 1pm as opposed to our normal 3:30pm. This is for the safety and wellbeing of all your precious pets. We do understand this may be an inconvenience to some, however, we value your pets and wouldn’t want them to be injured or burned in any way.
We appreciate your understanding and do encourage you to come earlier in the day rather than later.
We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
