A huge thank you to the community for your donations and support for today's feed drive! We raised $223 in donations. We just love seeing all the smiling faces when we bring horses out into the community. Children and adults took pictures with our friend Jake. Thank you Pegasus Training for donating free pictures with him to the community for our event.

Shammy and Leo were terrified of the block when I dropped it off. Their curiosity was so cute I had to video. Glad I did. Who was brave first? Shammy. Who had just ripped her fly mask off! Natural conciceinces being so close to dark she had to deal with the flies and hour. No more loose salt. Free feeding salt is something I like better. Some want more, some want less. Thanks again Tractor Supply Co. .

Feeding at night is no problem. The quad has literally taken a load off my back, hauling everything around in a wheel barrow is hard work. Thankful for this equipment!

Per month the sanctuary horses feed is $1,200 about. I take care of 18 total. Most funds are coming out of my pocket. Sanctuary horse donations are tax deductible and every penny helps. One bale of hay is $17 and morning feeding for the sanctuary horses. Two bales is $34 and covers the whole day of hay for the horses. Several of our seniors get soaked alfalfa pellets plus other supplements added for weight gain and health issues. Please consider checking out our sanctuary horses, all are available for monthly sponsorships. Volunteering is always a huge help and I promise I will teach you tons! Consider giving in anyway to help with the continued care of these beautiful souls that have a forever home. PayPal, cash or purchased items accepted and tax receipt given upon request.
