Petunia is one of Ash's sassy girls, who like her mom, demands attention when she wants it. Recently she has protested her hot pink collar but has not fought against her new black collar with a bell. She has entered her goth era. I hope she stays in it.

💛Meet Dusty💛

Dusty is Ash's only boy from a litter of five born on MLKJr Day! Dusty earned his name from always laying in the dustpan or piles of dirt waiting to be scooped up into the pan. Attracted to all things gross. Always a dirtball. Always a cuddler. Too cute not to cuddle no matter how dusty he is. 😹

🩶Meet Ash🩶

Look at those toofers!! Ash is very much lovingly called Ashhole most days. Thankfully, we're experienced cat owners because Ash is a handful. Basically MacGyver when it comes to gaining access to human food, or getting somewhere she's not supposed to be, and starting fights for no reason - but on the flipside, she is the sweetest cuddler with humans. The feliway we recently got has been working wonders, but she may be a calming collar case too! 😹

🍞Meet Toast🍞

It's the Toasty with the Mosty, this little cuddle-bug is arguably the favorite of the sanctuary. Toast is awkward, cuddly, funny and in the beginning, we weren't sure if he was going to make it. His development seemed off and he looked like a little alien for a while but things came around and aside from some watery eyes, Toast really is the kitten with the most.

Is there a cure for feline cognitive dysfunction?

❄️ No, but with supportive care and medications when necessary, cats with dementia can live long and happy lives.

Currently, Winston does not meet the criteria for medication but is in need of supportive care. What that means is confinement to a safe space when he can't be monitored closely, as he gets very disoriented some days when left to roam freely and can be bullied by the other cats (especially on his worst days - side note, group behavior is wild to observe). He feels safer and remains more like himself when I am able to crate him and allow him out for individual cuddles and playtime. However, he would benefit from a small condo-sized crate so, this raffle is in the effort to get Winston set up in his own little senior condo.

🥂Meet Champagne🥂

One of our shy girls, Champagne is a New Year's Eve kitten that is a cuddle bug on her own terms. She prefers areas will less activity and much like her mom stays to herself and can make a toy out of anything. Unlike her mom, she tries to play in secret and will quit if she realizes she's been noticed. 😹

🩵Meet Bubbles🩵

Loverboy alert! One of the New Year's Eve kittens, Bubbles is intense about his affection. He is the definition of stare you in the eyes with love and will literally charge you for pets. Also a shoulder cat, he will headbutt your face for pets. Bubbles is jealous for affection at all times, I swear he will hear you petting someone else in his sleep. 12/10 cuddler.

💜Meet Luna💜

Luna brought us our second litter of kittens shortly after Pinky, showing up New Year's Eve with Bubbles, Champagne, Toast, and a fourth baby who unfortunately didn't make it.

Luna is very sweet and cuddles with anyone who will show her the love she's looking for. Expect head butts for pets. She prefers keeping to herself and likes hide-outs and perches with great views. She can turn ANYTHING into a toy and has no problem entertaining herself. She was also the best surrogate aunt when Pinky and Ash quit being moms halfway through. I'm sure there's some lingering animosity there with all the avoidance. 😹

Doug, Dougie Fresh, Doug McQuaid, the Douganator. A cuddly dude with many names. Doug is the last of the Christmas Eve kittens. He's our biggest boy and such a derp. Everything he does is awkward. I think this is his first life as a cat, for sure.

Ivy is from the Christmas Eve 2023 litter. She is independent, fearless, and the most intense in the zoomies line up. Ivy is a morning lap cat, preferring to get her snuggles in while I enjoy my coffee before setting off to be a graceful menace for the day.
