I have 8 years of experience in veterinary hospitals. I volunteer atTNR and have rescue cats of my own. I believe your babies would do better staying in their home environment where there is less stress on them and less chance of them picking up other animals illnesses. I have experience in dealing and feeding cat colonies. I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I have worked at two different veterinary clinics in the past with 8 years experience.

We have great news, Lori was able to catch some of the kittens in Newton Falls. They will be going to a foster home tomorrow to find loving homes. No more living outside. Thank you Lori for your dedication to help them.

We need volunteers. We do not have enough volunteers to clean. We do not have enough volunteers to help with clients on Thursday's
between 4 and 6. We can no longer stay open for business 5 days a week. We cannot take injured and abandoned cats off the streets. We absolutely cannot take kittens. Our fosters are filled. If you can come for 2 hours on a Tuesday or Thursday, from 11 to 1, or 4 to 6 on Thursday, then please come in to fill out a volunteer app. We need people that will commit to a day and time. Beginning Monday, July 29th, the shelter will be closed on Monday's until further notice. If we don't get help, we will be forced to close another day. We hope it doesn't come to this. The cats and kittens that we rescue and help will have no where to go. Every shelter is in need of volunteers and fosters. Be that person that does make a difference. Our web site for information:

Little Hootie below was 12 days old when found and brought to us. Both eyes were severely infected. He went home with one of our volunteers for round the clock care. He is in a foster home, corneal scar on his one eye, but is a happy, healthy 6 week old. We can continue to rescue, but only with help from volunteers.

This is Hank a beautiful big boy that is a rescue. He is vetted and neutered. Unfortunately his mom broke her hip when he dragged her across the ground. She wants to find him a good home where he can run. She is so afraid he will do this again. Today she is having her hip replaced.
