She was matted, full of fleas and skinny.

Spuds must find an adopter or rescue to take him in.
The original rescuer that saved him can no longer care for him.
I do not have the time to give him that he deserves. This is not a fair life for Spuds.
Info: Spuds will grow to be 80 to 100lbs
He has no control of his backend.
He has no control of his urine or his p**p.
He needs trained to a wheelchair.
He is neutered and has had one leg removed.
You must be able to provide the time he needs.
