We want to kindly remind everyone that your appointment is not secure until you receive a confirmation text stating it has been officially created. If we provide you with an appointment date and time, but you wait more than two days to complete the client intake form, that slot may be offered to someone else.

This process has always been in place to ensure fairness and efficiency. We do not hold appointments for new clients without the necessary information, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please also understand that scheduling and grooming are handled solely by Angela. As one person, there may be times when responses are delayed—it’s never intentional or malicious. If you feel overlooked, don’t hesitate to reach out again; your patience and understanding mean the world to us.
