Hard work pays off. We’ve been consistently leash training all dogs (a total of 4)

This girl is dog that is worked with the most. My daughter also loves to try her hand at training (she’s 4years)

We’re about a week or so into our leash training. Of course giving up times to yucky cold and rainy Ohio weather but we’re making great progress.

Got my old man out today to see if I could kick some nasty habits. I’ve been mentoring with a trainer and she’s been showing me a few tricks, the GSD of course caught on quickly so I decided to test my new learned skills with my problem child.

Brutus is 10 years old. Extremely reactive, dog selective and usually walks like he trying to pull me up a mountain. This was after a few times of course, he’s 10 and is very stubborn but he still started to catch on and I may be able to take this big boy for actual walks again.

Leash training day 1. I was walking each dog in a different hand prior to the video since they both walk at different speeds and are at different training levels. A smart person would of walked them individually for the first session, but it turned out pretty well.
