Just wanted to do a check in with everyone. My family is safe. Some of our trees dropped big limbs and one that took out part of our gate/fence. No damage to our house or vehicles. We lost power at the house and the shop. All grooming appointments are cancelled until power comes back on at the shop. I don’t know when that will happen but as soon as I know you’ll know. I’m glad it’s just the electricity is all we are waiting on.
Be safe and I can’t wait to get back to work!

Good morning, as of right now I have a list of clients that are evacuating and canceling their appointments. As of right now I am not making any appointments that are not out for at least 4 weeks. Some appointments I can reschedule if I have the room to do so. Some of them I will not be able to reschedule. I’m trying to move dogs forward before the storm as long as I have the time. So please be patient because we do not know where the storm is going let alone what the future holds after Milton leaves the state.

Today we celebrate the bestest boy Brodie who has crossed the rainbow bridge. He loved coming to the shop every 4 weeks since November 30th of 2016. He was an honor to have in the shop. He was king of the toys when he was in for his “spa day”. As much as he loved coming in to see me he absolutely loved the Nutro Crunch Mixed berry treats. Prayers for his family during this hard time. May Brodie be pain free and chase as many balls he can behind those pearl gates 🌈

If any one does this all appointments will be cancelled and a no trespass will be issued. Any injuries to the dog during something like this will be paid by the person causing the disturbance. It's sad that I have to say this and post about this because this is "common sense". You wouldn't bang on the door to a bank demanding them to open to put money in your account…you would just wait until the next business day.

Attention
Do not bang on the glass windows or door at the shop while the shop owner is grooming a dog that reacts to loud noises and gets anxious when people come and go. The door is locked and the sign says closed for my safety!!!

Merry Christmas to all of my wonderful clients!
Thank you for all the yummy goodies and beautiful gifts and cards. The whole family has been enjoying cookies and chocolates.
The shop will be closed today and tomorrow and I’ll be back in on Wednesday December 27th.
