So I’ve seen a lot of last minute cancelations for dog boarding on Facebook. I usually don’t offer this but would like to help people out in a pinch. I usually only board dogs that I’ve trained at my house but willing to take on others if crate and potty trained only ! Please pm me for more questions!

⁃We are seeking a dog bather who is experienced in multiple bathing techniques.

Hours:
Full Time
9am until finished.
We close at 5pm every day.

Schedule:
Monday
Tuesday
Closed Wednesdays will be open sometimes
Thursday
Friday
Some Saturdays required (usually once per month)
Closed Sundays

Responsibilities & Requirements:

⁃ Able to bathe multiple dogs in a shift (8-10 dogs) small, large, short hair, long hair, and shedding breeds
⁃ Know the differences between different shampoos and conditioners and when to use them appropriately
⁃ Hand dry/fluff dry multiple dogs within a shift
⁃ Brush out multiple dogs within a shift
⁃ Check in/check out clientele using a computer system (experience with MoeGo is a plus!)
⁃ Taking dogs from the client to the kennel room safely
⁃ Running dogs out to use the restroom safely
⁃ Rebooking clientele
⁃ Able to speak with clients in a proper manner
⁃ Ensure the safety of a pet in their care at all times
⁃ Reliable and have time management skills!
⁃ Reliable transportation
⁃ Able to lift up to 70lbs
⁃ Patience
⁃ Other Daily Duties: Mopping, sweeping, disinfecting and wiping out kennels, cleaning up after pets, wiping out tubs, vacuuming hair, wiping off groom tables, ensuring laundry is done up for the next business day

Starting pay:
$13 hourly if you have bathing experience

⁃ We would prefer to find someone who is eager to learn more about the grooming process including, but not limited to: (pre-shaves, nail trimming, ear cleaning, basic prep)

** Pay will be $15+ and negotiable if you already trained and can demonstrate these dog grooming capabilities for us in an interview **

We are fully booked for November besides a few spots at the end of the month. December is also booked except for the week after Christmas.
If you are new and want to stay on a schedule so you have a spot I highly recommend rescheduling at least 3-6 months of appointments.
We want all our clients to be on a 4-7 week schedule.
