Having been away from the field work and observing all FB posts in which new owners express their struggles with their new puppies regardless which countries they are located in, we decided to get back on field and support all new puppy owners.

This support is mainly meant for owners in Vietnam or Japan.
As we have some time zone difference, the responses might be delayed.

Our goal is to make sure all dogs can comfortably sleep on their beds like the dog in this picture.

Your donation helped YK’S DOG CARE to publish books to bring some awareness ‘how to’ love and care dogs.

More than 500 copies were delivered to more than 40 orphanages in Ho Chi Minh City.

And finally today, 300 copies reached to Saigon Pet Da Lat - Saigon Pet Veterinary Hospital in Da Lat (Saigon Pet Veterinary Hospital).
They will help young generation to learn how to love and care animals.

Thank you, who helped us on fundraising.
We finally released the book ‘Miu’s Four-legged best friend’.

We have started visiting and sending books to orphanages since last week, to bring some awareness to children ‘how to love and care dogs’

If any of you, or your relatives, friends, colleagues have direct access to some orphanages or public schools in HCMC, please let us know.
We are happy to donate books for their libraries.

Special thanks to Zootopia Pet Sitter who accompanied yesterday to the orphanage in D9.

Also special thanks to Ai Ling L, Mai Chung Thoại Uyên Phạm Dương Chí Vỹ Bed and Pet-first, Dog walkers in Thao Dien, KanineCompanion Saigon, Saigon Pet Veterinary Hospital, and many others who support us to release this book.

People see only things what exposed on posts, but we would like to emphasize there are so much more difficulties and works to be done behind the scenes to make this community better. We would like to give big applause to those who stays on backstage as well.

🌾🌾To sow the seeds for the future harvest🌾🌾

(Raising the money for printing cost, to donate dog related books to orphanages in HCMC.)

Inspiring young generation in Vietnam is essential, to ensure a safe and healthy future society between human and dogs in Vietnam.

YK’S DOG CARE was established in 2019, to make this mission to reality.
Most of the contribution from ‘the puppy advisory’ and ‘rehabilitation assistance’ have been donated to several rescue groups ever since and the remaining has been pooled to release a book for orphans.

‘Miu’s four-legged best friend’ contents some hints of dog’s smartness as well as dog owner’s responsibility. The beautiful drawings and the inspiring fable are now ready, and we are at our last stage to print them out under an official printing license. We sincerely hope that this book inspires younger generation. This is a book with 26 pages in total, and written in both Vietnamese and English.

To print a greater number of books, your support is much appreciated.
Your contribution will simply go to cover the printing cost, and this book is meant for charity purpose only, not for profiting. We are planning to start visiting orphanages before X’mas.

YK’S DOG CARE supports Laws for Paws Vietnam by offering ‘puppy advisory’ and by ‘donating the proceed from the services.’

- Puppy advisory
It will help new dog owners with the guidance ‘how to’ care and raise puppies, to prevent puppies from being dumped on streets.

- Donating the proceed
It will cover the bills of medical treatments for rescued dogs. (Please see the video, you can see the recent rescue case.)

Our guest senior dog Sherlock had an epilepsy attack.
Only thing we can do for him is to hold him tight to calm him down. Our host dog Pakchy worries a lot and stay with him.
