And a truly beautiful vibe throughout the evening. For those who don't know, The Master Blaster was created specifically for Juan because 1. I wanted a violently hot sauce for The Chilli Guys repertoire this year 🤣, and frankly, 2. his Scoville tolerance is right up there! Mango Brain is fruity with a decent kick from 7 pot brain strain. The Four Horsemen is a great all rounder carried along by habanero, Trinidad scorpion, Carolina Reaper, and 7 pot brain strain, and lastly, the Master Blaster is probably one of the hottest sauces in Saigon and has a fabulous umami flavour. A little collaboration occurred, because I wanted this sauce to be a real burner, and if you know your hot sauces, you know we don't mess around. Anyway, long story short, I bring to you The Chilli Guys main addition for 2024, the Master Blaster, and some may make the Stevie Wonder connection and maybe even recognize the local legend who adorns the label 😊. Greetings good people! Whilst discussing the weather with Lao Tzu during some intense meditation recently, the wise one challenged my previous belief about seeds in chilli sauces. You see, I had always thought that the seeds added a nice home-made touch, but the wise one suggested that if I were to continue keeping the seeds in, I might consider investing in Vietnamese toothpick companies' stocks. I realised he had a point, and so, pictured below, we have seedless on the left, and seeds included on the right. I would be really grateful if the chilli sauce people in town would state their preference. So seeds in? Or seedless? TIA, and keep that pep in your step!
