Hello everyone, this is a veterinary case study about Tucker, a 1-year and 9-month Yorkie Poodle. We want to first inform you that Tucker had already recovered, and here is his story:
Tucker was doing very well when suddenly his parents found him lying on the flank, not moving. After he was brought to ADI D2 Hospital, we quickly perform diagnostic and recommend his parent to let him stay under our nursery. Full bloods were run immediately and nothing abnormal was detected. We still couldn't rule out poisoning or intervertebral disk disease but in view of the symptoms and the suddenness of the condition we suspected a fibrocartilage embolism.
Tucker was treated with TCVM - performed by Dr. Sterenn, and physiotherapy - performed by Dr. Thuy - almost everyday for a week. After five sessions, Tucker started to run, that's mean he adapted very well to our plan! TCVM was very effective in this case. It’s a very useful tool to integrate with the conservative medicine or to use as a sole therapy when no western treatment is available.

Final: Pectus Excavatum Recovery
It was exactly one month since we first met Đen and her family, to when our team treated her hollow chest condition.
And the surgery was a resounding success!
Đen stayed with us for the first few days to ensure a smooth post-operative recovery, and her recovery process at home was carefully monitored by our dedicated team. And after 6 weeks - she had fully recovered from the surgery!
Subsequently, Đen also underwent a spaying procedure at our hospital, and it took only 8 days for her to make a complete recovery!
