Claremont house hotel My name is Kevin. For the first time we are opening the claremont house hotel. We have never done th So any feed back, good or bad will be much appreciated.

We are opening our first B&B for the first time this year & will be doing room only. We are a family run business and at the moment we have no bar licence. We are animal friendly so if you have a dog, that wont be a problem as there are 3 living here. Our rooms will be very reasonably priced this year, as its our first year and its a learning curve for us. All the rooms are en-suite and there are

tea & coffee facilities in all rooms. This year unfortunately there are no T.Vs in the rooms, but we do have free WIFI
